Entering gift cards on My Disney Experience

Hi All-

I am trying to enter Disney gift cards to apply to my vacation balance. I am able to enter the gift card number but the box showing 'apply payment' is grayed out. I have contacted Disney but have not heard back from them. I have tried using different browsers...Chrome and Explorer same result. Any one able to give me other suggestions.

You can always call and speak to a CM and they can manually enter the GC's.
