I concur.
I was out today at a Sugar Bush. I wore sneakers = bad idea.
My toes were frozen.
And we're getting more snow tomorrow night.
Just when it starts to warm up, dumb March comes around and messes it up.
March is by far the worst month:
It smells like melting dog poop.
Everything gets melty, slushy and gross.
And then we have a freak snow storm.
And the process repeats.

I join you in this club. Was sent home early from work. Took me almost 2 hrs to get home at 2pm. Now the freezing rain has come and my DH is still in traffic and likely won't be home till 7pm and he left work at 4pm in Mississauga.

Come on Tuesday and the warm weather for driving to WDW

That may have been the worst driving I have EVER encountered! Left work at 3pm (Bay and Bloor) got to DSs school (Don Mills/Lawrence) at 5:45pm. Left at 6pm and got home (Scarborough) about 20 mins ago. Managed to do a 360 in the intersection at Scarborough Hospital - don't even want to look at the underside of my car (just bought last year). Shovelled the driveway so I could get the car in. DS is watching Kim Possible and eating his dinner (it is his bedtime) and I am snuggling up to the computer with a BIG glass of wine. I told DH to stay at work (he loves his job so no issue there!).

I am SO OVER this weather. Come on

I'm just happier than a pig in...(well, you know) that we're NOT dealing with
21+ days of -40, -60 C with the windchill like we had last month in Winterpeg!!

I, too, am glad it's not -40 anymore, but I've had just about enough as well. Had to shovel twice today, and we are running out of places to put it all. We no longer have a full double driveway as the city cleaned the streets and dumped it on both sides of the drive.

Spring needs to "bloom" soon!

It's 6:45am and I just scrapped the car ~ wasn't too bad. I can walk to work, but it's miserable raining and a foot of heavy sloppy snow....so I'll drive. ds will go to school since that's where I work, but dd will stay home.

It's a snow day here(Montreal) and it looks miserable outside. I'm glad we're home. DH had to go to work today. Hope he can kick off early.

I really think someone needs to fire that Groundhog . Eary spring my butt. According to my computer it says it's -24 C and there is nothing but Ice frost in the air I can't even see my neighbours house across the street. I want spring and I want it now. 6 month is long enough.

School and work is cancelled in Kitchener-Waterloo - it was a horrible storm (lost power for about 3 hours in the middle of the night, the wind was loud, and the snow was heavy).

In exactly one week from now, I will be on a plane to Florida!!! Trying to take one day at a time - but I hate this weather!

Down with spring well atleast down with summer. The perfect seasons would run like this.

Winter= Oct- end of May
spring= June and half of July
summer= half July and Aug
fall=Sept

That would be the ideal season lengths for me.
