Enough time?

My wife and I will be at Magic Kingdom for the first time on 2/2. FastPass+ reservations for that date just opened today, and the Seven Dwarfs Mine Ride doesn't have any available times in the morning. I went with Space Mountain (9:15 AM - 10:15 AM), Big Thunder (10:30 AM - 11:30 AM), and Seven Dwarfs (5:55 PM - 6:55 PM). That was the earliest available time for SDMR, so I went with that. I realize this means I most likely won't be able to use any other passes for the rest of the day, but I'm okay with that. However, I do have a reservation at Be Our Guest @ 6:55 PM. Do you guys think we will have time to hit up SDMR right when the time slot opens (5:55 PM) and still make it to Be Our Guest by 6:55 PM?

If you hit SDMT at 5:55 with a BOG at 6:55 that should be more than plenty of time. Don’t know that I’ve ever had a FP for SD take longer than 25-30 min from entrance to ride exit.

Yes, I do think you will have time to be at dinner by 6:55pm. I wouldn’t be overly concerned about that, especially since BOG is practically next door to the Mine Train. Depending on your level of tolerance to obsessive checking, I would recommend trying to modify your Seven Dwarfs fastpass between now and then. People change plans all the time, and I think it is very likely something will pop up earlier in the day. Since you already have the Mine Train fastpass, it will be easy to go into MDE and hit modify reservation. Any alternate times will pop up. On our last trip, I noticed day of Mine Train fastpasses pop up periodically, so you may be able to make changes the day of. Good luck!

I too have never had to wait very anymore than 20-30 minutes from entrance to exit on this ride, you should make it to BOG with time to spare .

Also, if you do decide you want to try to move your FP time, I second the idea of periodically checking. When I booked our FP last week, I couldn't get 7DMT any earlier than 6:50 pm. I was able to move it a little bit later in the day to 5:10 p.m. which I was pretty happy about. But I struck gold a few days later when I was just watching TV and decided to surf the app and found a 3:10 p.m. I had been originally searching for mid-afternoon, so it was perfect!

No sweat. But give yourself every advantage. Your FP admittance window precedes the FP schedule time by 5 minutes and extends beyond it by 15. Get to SDMT 6 or 7 minutes early. It will make a less inviting tone and you'll probably be told to wait the minute or two until the system will green-light you. If it's not terribly busy the CM will often just nod you through.

Also, as this grace period applies to dining reservations as well (with even more flexibility) you actually have until 7:10 to get to BOG. Considering how close the attraction is to the restaurant, I don't foresee any problems.

I agree with the others - if you get to 7DMT at 5:50 pm, you will have more than enough time to make it to BOG. You will most likely have plenty of time to spare actually. As others have said, try modifying the 7DMT FP+ to an earlier time. If that doesn't work, you may want to consider going to the ride at rope drop and trying to ride then. You have until 10:15 am to get to Space Mountain. If you can get 7DMT in as soon as the park opens, you can then modify that later 7DMT to something else.

You will have more than enough time. I don't think we've ever waited in the FP line more than 15 min for 7 dwarfs, even on busy days. And the ride itself is only about 3 min long.
7 dwarfs and BOG are located close to each other so it's a quick walk.

Keep checking MDE periodically, and you might be able to move it up earlier. People will continue to modify and change their plans, especially closer to your trip.

You should have no problems getting to BoG.
As others mentioned. Keep trying to modify the 7DMT FP.
They do become available.
I don't understand why, but I have much better luck modifying a FP from a time I don't want to a time I do want than I do just getting the FP for the time I'm looking for. It seems when I am modifying the FP, there are more time options available.
