I phoned Disney AND asked the moms panel and they both said that there is "no obligation to eat or buy food". So nope - not worried about that one bit.

Also no obligation on Disney’s part to let you in to a restaurant if you’re not eating.

Go look at the original post hun. It had nothing to do with my reservation or if it was allowed or not.. my question was TIMELINE related. That is it.

We paid for our disney trip just as much as anyone else, I have no issues. Unless I am breaking park rules which as far as I can see I am not.

It's just rude is all. If you're ok with that then you don't need to defend yourself. You had to know what this thread would turn into, though.

If you look at my signature this is my FIRST time to Disney.. so no.. actually I didn't realize that grown adults would get completely tied in knots about a restaurant. It actually blows my mind, lol. But you're right - I have absolutely no issues so I won't bother anymore. I wish someone could have answered my ACTUAL question but I'll just go another route to find help on it. No worries!

For someone that's mighty defensive about taking up a highly coveted reservation they admittedly don't want any use of, I think you should rethink who is getting tied in knots here.
