Enough time?

We're staying at All Star Sports and leaving on a Saturday. I have a Cape May reservation for 7:40. Our flight leaves at 1:50, so we will have to leave for ME at 10:50 and will need time to check out, etc. Will we have enough time to eat at Cape May? Will a breakfast bus take us there? What's the best way to get back to the resort?

Wow, I think that would be pushing it, unless you're able to take a cab back to your resort if time gets close.

There is a character bus that starts picking up at resorts around 7:00...or you can take a cab.

I think that sounds like enough time to eat at a buffet and get back to your resort. Even if you take 2 hours for breakfast, you will till have over an hour to get back to your resort for DME.

If you are taking Disney transportation, you could use Disney Studios as the transfer park since it is walking distance to the Beach Club. A taxi would be the time saving option.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'breakfast bus.' There will be no direct bus transportation from the All Stars to the Beach Club or back from the Beach Club to the All Stars resort. The buses @ your resort will run to DTD and the parks, starting about 1 hr. before the park opens.
The closest park to the Beach club would be DHS &, @ least for Aug., DHS opens @ 9 am on Sat.s, which means the buses won't start going in that direction until 8 am, I believe. Note, I am NOT an early riser, so someone who makes rope drop will have a much better idea of how early buses start running. Also from DHS you'd have to boat/walk to Beach Club to reach Cape May. And after breakfast, boat/walk back to DHS, and grab the All Stars bus @ the front of DHS to go back to catch ME.
Your safest bet is to grab a taxi to and from breakfast, not sure how much that costs from the All Stars.
