Enough time before Illuminations?

I have ADRs at the Garden Grill at 7 p.m. Illuminations is that night at 9 p.m. Will we have enough time to catch Illuminations? I made the ADR late so we could take advantage of a little bit of AK EMH before heading over to Epcot. Should I make an earlier ADR or should we be fine?

I think you'll be fine. Hopefully you'll be seated in good time. I can't imagine the meal taking more than a hour itself.

Normally most people at GG take about one hour for the meal. If your reservation is at 7:00, even if there are delays seating you should be out by 8:30 which will still give plenty of time for a good viewing location for IllumiNations.
