Here's what I have listed for CS locations for Enjoy Life cookies from our August trip.
MK: Main Street Bakery (they weren't out; we had to ask and the CM initially said they don't carry them but agreed to look when we said Special Diets told us they have them there)
Epcot: nowhere
DHS: ABC Commissary, Backlot Express, Toy Story Pizza Planet, Studio Catering Co. Flatbread Grill (it's weird that they're not at Starring Rolls since they seem to be everywhere else but I can assure you they do NOT have them there)
AK: Flame Tree BBQ, Restaurantosaurus, Kusafari bakery, Pizzafari
It looks like my notes match NickyNoodle's.
We got Enjoy Life chocolate bars at Sunshine Seasons and Coral Reef in Epcot.
My 12 year old is gluten, milk and egg free as well. The only packaged desserts that are free of all of these are the Enjoy Life products. You can get Tofutti ice cream at all sorts of places and the Itzkadoozie popsicles and frozen strawberry bars are free of all of these as well as is the popcorn (very easy snack options).
FYI: None of the allergy breads will be safe including the hamburger and hot dog buns or the Kinnikinnick muffins that a few places will carry. They all contain eggs. When we stayed at Pop Century, Chef Dan searched for a bread that would be safe for DD12 (she also can't have yeast so they are very few and far between) and boy did she love the bread. I hadn't even been aware of this particular bread and I'm now switching breads because this one's so much better
Food For Life Whole Grain Brown Rice bread. The chefs at POFQ made up a batch of brownies and pizzas just for my girls because the regular stuff aren't safe for them (I've since changed how I make my brownies to be more like theirs; they really are YUMMY!!! Bob's Red Mill using apple sauce instead of eggs and apple juice instead of milk). There's good reason why we eat most of our CS meals at our resort.
