Enjoy a MM or go to opposite park?

We've done it both ways in the past. I just wondered how others feel about taking advantage of a MM or not. Is the opposite park really that much less crowded? We'll be in the parks the last week of February T-F. I planned on T/F being DL days and W/Th being CA days but now I'm second guessing myself. It's not too late to change my mind. Please share any pros and cons. Thanks!

So you are saying you have a park hopper with one MM is that right? I would say definitely use the MM on one of your DL days. Then, on your other 3 days I would start at the park that does not have EMH.

I love MM personally. I get most of FL rides done and SM and ST and am in great position usually to head over to IJ right at park open. If done right MM is a great perk!

My advice is always use your magic morning.

you can start using fastpass right away For either park.

We'll have a MM with our four day one park per day tickets.

Do you know which rides I can get FP for during MM?
Will you have Maxpass? You can book any FP ride as soon as you enter either park with Maxpass.

I saw you post on another thread... You’re there Tuesday-Friday, right? You can always use the MM on Tuesday to try for ROTR and go back to DL on Wednesday if you don’t get one Tuesday. Then DCA on Thursday and whichever park you want to go back to on Friday...

No MP

Then I believe you can pull from any of the Tomorrowland/Fantasyland rides (since those are the only open lands).

OK, thank you. I'm wondering if this is new. I don't remember being able to get FP during MM. We haven't taken advantage of a MM since 2016, though.

I don't believe you can. The advantage of MP is that you can pull as soon as your ticket is scanned into either park for the day. The return times are not until official park opening though. I do not think the kiosks are open yet for the traditional FP distribution during MM.

OK thank you for explaining.

Somewhere along the line we stopped using our MM and we haven't missed it so ymmv... the only thing I hate more than moving through a crowded line is standing still in a crowded line knowing it's not going to be moving anytime soon so even though I love getting to the parks early I usually try to get there a little after opening. I never found the hassle of getting there even earlier just to stand around waiting worth it for the limited rides available... even if we could end up getting in a few more rides with shorter lines it never seemed to save as much time as it cost anyway for us. And now it seems like it would be even more stressful and crowded in the morning with ROTR... so unless that was the main objective I wouldn't bother myself, I like to just move quickly to get in, for some reason waiting longer in lines for rides doesn't bother me as much as waiting longer in lines just to get inside, blech. I always regret when I get there earlier and have to wait in a much longer line than a few minutes later when they open up more lanes for security or entrance... I could spend a half hour or more just to get in five minutes earlier... no thank you! Being able to get fastpasses with MP I suppose would be a nice advantage... I haven't done a MM since the introduction of Maxpass...
