Engagement Photos

Well, my fiancée and I had our pictures taken, and finally got them back and scanned in. I figured I'd just drop in and say hello to everybody, and post a picture.

We're still planning things, but it's all coming together. We have the reception site, ceremony site, bridal wear, DJ, and photographer. We still have bridal party clothing, tuxes, limo, and rehearsal dinner to book, but I'm not nearly as concerned about those things.

Also, I'm going to be having a concert in the Buffalo area! I'd love for all you Buffalo-area WISHers to stop by and say hello! It'll be a Christmas concert sometime in December. I'll have dates a little later.

As for my maintenance, I still post to the weekly check in thread, but for the second week in a row I've had movement under a pound! Last week, I gained .4, and this week I went down .2! I'm so excited!!!!

And now here's what you're all waiting for...(all...what....two of you? )

All my best WISHes for going onward and downward, even though I don't get to check in as often as I'd like!!!!

OH! And I forgot to mention, I'm not a Weight Watchers leader yet, but I AM a receptionist on Monday afternoons at 4:00 at the Niagara Falls Boulevard location! (in the Burlington Plaza in Amherst) If you're in the Buffalo area, drop by and say hello!!!! The leader, Debbi is really enjoyable.

First! I'm sOOO thrilled you posted a picture- GORGEOUS!! Now, I remember seeing your before/after pictures and thinking hubba hubba what a hunk- but seeing the two of you together... WOW!!! She's absolutely beautiful and the both of you together make such an amazingly happy couple! Wow! All the responses!

The concert will be at St. Amelia church. It's on Eggert Road, just off the 290 at the Colvin Exit. It will be a concert of Christmas music. Lots of sing-along stuff, and a few different pieces just to listen to.

Tara - check out my signature. We ARE honeymooning at Walt Disney World. For 10 nights at the Beach Club! I'm so excited I can barely type about it! Our first time in a deluxe!!!

Nancy, you work at the Wegman's on Alberta?? You'll have to tell me which department. I don't get there often, but if I'm at work, and want to get something before I go home, I usually stop at Wegman's. I actually worked for Wegman's about 8 years ago. But I worked at the one on Losson Road. I was a cashier. Blech!

Small World Indeed!

My big sis used to live off Eggert, I think, on a street called Highgate. Maybe it was in that area, but I know where St. Amelia's church is located. You'll have to fill us in on dates & times when you know them

Nancy-I used to shop at the Alberta wegmans all the time as we lived in Kenmore when we got married so it wasn't far at all, right off the Boulevard!

We got married in 1992 (when I was a young 22 ) in Our Lady Help of Christians church in Cheektowaga and our reception was at a K of C hall in Lancaster. We only lived there for less than a year after we got married and moved to Rochester. But we have lots of family in Williamsville, Lancaster, Depew, Lockport, Alden, Hamburg, etc.... and visit quite often.
