Wow, all those pics are awesome! I don't seem to have a pic of ours anywhere right now but will add it when I find it. We had a combination housewarming/engagement party as we had jsut moved in / in together a few months before the party. We did 3 chocolate chip cookies in clear cello bags, then did up a little note that we printed on the reverse side of some Mickey & Minnie Disney scrapbooking paper that we found at AC Moore. We then rolled it up into a little scroll and attached it with some ribbon to the cookie bag. Not nearly as creative as some of the previeous posters, but it was quick/easy/ and inexpensive.
