Engagement Help!!!!

Hi everyone! My DBIL is going to propose to his DGF while we're at Disney! We're going to be there Dec 15-20, so all of the Christmas stuff will be up/going on. But, he needs romantic ideas!! Where to propose, when to propose, etc. HELP!!!!

We'll be going to all 4 parks (with hopper) and we're staying at the Swan. I'd LOVE some suggestions to share with him!!!

Well my dream engagement would be being proposed to during Wishes at the Magic Kingdom.

omg..lynn is SO right. We just had dinner at CG at CR and watched wishes afterwards on the walkway outside. DF and I were both crying during the show and we were talking about how romantic that spot/time is.

I think dinner at the California Grill and timing it so they could see wishes after dinner on the walkway would be really special It's a little more private than in the park since there's not a trillion people there. Let us know what he decides!!

Since it's around christmas time, he could get an ornament personalized from the store in downtown disney. It could say, will you marry me? Then give it to her during a meal or something like that as an 'early christmas present'

That's a great idea with the CG and Wishes. We were thinking of taking a boat out on lake and watching Illuminations... all these firework ideas . Any other ideas out there? Maybe your 'dream disney engagement'?

I have to say the beach at the Poly during wishes. There is a private dining option that can be used. They will set up a really nice dinner, etc. It is pricey though.

That's a good idea. I know that they'll want it to be private, rather than in front of a big crowd where it put's my DBIL'sGF on the spot. And I'm sure he's not going to want the rest of us around... and I can't imagine why

What about the Mexico Pavilion at San Angel?? It's kinda dark... but I can't remember if it's quiet-ish??
