I'm planning on sending Engagement Brochures to all my guests, who probably already know I'm engaged, but the real point is to let them know well in advance that the wedding will be in Disney so they have plenty of time to save.
I pretty much have an idea of the information that I want to include in the brochure. The part that I'm unsure of is how to organize a survey for them to send back to me.
I want to include some sort of a survey for them to fill out and send back with questions like, do you think you will attend?, which hotel do you think you might be interested in (value, moderate, deluxe)?, and do you think you might fly or ride the bus (we're planning on having a bus for guests who don't want to fly)?
This way I can have a rough idea of who is thinking of coming, where to put the room blocks, and how many will ride the bus.
I guess my question is how should I do the survey - should I send something separate along with the brochure? I guess I'm looking for something easy but creative, I just don't know what. (Sorry it took so many paragraphs to get my point across!)
