I've heard that WWOHP with Hogwarts Castle as a backdrop is a popular spot.

It also depends on if you're looking for a good spot or something spontaneous/unexpected and with an audience. Option 2 is harder (Horror Make up Show, Blues Brothers show, one of the WWOHP shows, Animal Actors show) are your best bet.

I just got engaged at Universal this past week We are both big HP fans and our favorite spot in the park is the picnic tables behind the Three Broomsticks / Hog's Head. I have never been back there when it's busy. It's always quiet and private and quite romantic! I proposed at the table facing Hogwarts
