The parents used both Moore's and Greenburg's. Moore's in 2012. They had a full set up with 2 carts. No issues with the trailer or carts. Everything was set up when they pulled up to the site in their vehicle. In 2014, they used Greenberg's this time as Moore's didn't/ or was unable to respond to requests. While this was in that grey area period of golf carts and rental places, it was pulling teeth for 2 golf carts. The second cart had performance issues. (sometimes charges or even goes.) Trailer was late to the site after there was a call made twice once the night before the arrival and the morning of arrival as there was a better ETA of when we were getting to the fort. Trailer and carts were not available until almost 4 PM even though they told my parents the trailer would be ready at the time of arrival which was 12:30! Trailer was a new model with broken things like the awning didn't work or the exhaust fan in the bathroom. I wound up dealing with the company after awhile. They did replace the cart that was not running correctly. As the trailer, they claimed they overbooked and were unable to repair the trailer in time. I don't know Greenberg's seemed to be responding but I thought the product was lackluster. Who knows maybe they got better with the trailers since the golf carts are not as big of a part of the package since the Disney now cracks down on outside rental carts.
good luck...
