End of sept/begining of oct

Hi, we're going 28th sept - 2nd oct and wondered if anyone has been around that time and know how busy it will be?

I'll be interested to hear this as we're going 29th Sept to 3rd Oct! And I also have a little Lola!

We usually go around 3rd to 7th Oct and it's lovely - busy enough for an atmosphere but not too crowded, lots of rides as a walk on

From what I've read, end of Sept should be a bit quieter

We're also going 29th-3rd!! We've been before around 25th sept, one year was all walk pm'd and the next year a bit busier...hoping it'll be similar this year

Hi we are going from the 28th Sept to the 2nd Oct as well, it should not be to busy at all, also i`ve been told that the Park will become Halloween themed over night on the 30th ready for opening on the 1st, hope this is true.

It did in 2009/10 when we went! Love the pumpkins!!

There are several of us with similar dates. My mom and I are visiting DLP from Sept 28th - Oct 1. I'm hoping for snippets of Halloween décor. It sounds like the crowd levels will be manageable. So glad for that!

We're going 21-26 sept. Travelled there mid September in 05 and 06 and it was lovely. Not too busy, 20-30 min queues tops, mad the weather was lovely. Quite hot if I remember right. Last year we took DS 17-22 march and it was very busy. Up to an hour queue for some of the little kids rides.

We went early October 2012 and it was a dream! So easy to manage the parks and loads of extra Halloween bits to see. A great time to visit IMO. Have fun guys, not too far off now!

I was so happy when they announced Halloween would be from the 1st oct as we leave dlp on the 2nd and I know last year Halloween season ssinf start til the 5th.

Don't forget the autograph books as the Villains will be in the courtyard at the back of the Castle doing meet and greets and some of them are quite rare.

Yeah that's another reason in excited! Going to book auberge on the 1st with a slight hope that the step mother and ugly step sisters will be floating about outside. Going to take their autograph books from last year as I wrote the dates in there that they got each autograph. So excited for character hunting, when we went in dec we only met the ones that were in the programme as didn't know others just randomly came out! We completely missed out discovery land and another land as well! Although managed to get on the last ride of space mountain when we arrived!
