We are trying to narrow down when we want to visit. At first we were going with the 1st week of June(like the 5th) but I was wondering if we were to go right after Memorial weekend or even Mid May is there a difference in the crowds? I know that its also the Star Wars Weekends but we werent planning on going to the HS this trip. Also what is the weather/humidity like at that time too?
Thanks!!

I went last yr the first weekend in June and it was hot and rainy. But if u go early in the morning u might be abject to bypass the rainy afternoon

So do you think Mid May would be better in terms of the weather? When we went 2 years ago in April, it was beautiful weather but it didn't seem like it was warm enough to go swimming.

You would probably be better off mid May. Weather will be warm but could be nice, not as humid as summer. And the crowds should be great then. First week of June will be much busier with school being out and Star Wars weekends starting.

Mid May if you can. Memorial weekend always gets extra busy and then 1st of June is usually extra busy due to schools letting out. We are going June 8-12 and only reason is school for the kids, otherwise, we would go Late April Early May

We went mid May before and loved it! Our next trip is planned for early May. Weather was perfect and crowds were low. But I would be home before Memorial Day weekend.

How is the weather in Mid May? Would it be warm enough that we would want to spend time in the pools? Where we live in, May is still chilly and I couldn't fathom going swimming then!!

Yes, defiantly hot enough to swim. When we went it was about 90 everyday. It was also warm enough at night to swim. Great time of year to go:)

We were there early June and it was hot and humid..crowds but not horrible.

Sounds like we would be good planning for mid may. Daughter's bday is the 14th. Would be a good way to celebrate it for her! Maybe even do the Bibbidi Bobbidi boutique.

May has lovebugs!!! nobody mentioned it. hope you know about them, if not definitely research them. we found out about them the hard way in September by experiencing them. it was unreal. they come 2x a year to FL in May and Sept. Big consideration. Otherwise i would LOVE to go to WDW in May, as it is before June and the summer crowds and temps. We went once in early April and had a great time, no lovebugs.

In Michigan we have these nasty bugs we call fish flies or may flies...they are gross, they stick to you...very harmless, do not bite...just smell like rotten fish when they die and they crunch when you step on them...very attracted to lights. The stores turn off all their outside lights!! I'm sure I can handle love bugs.
