End of April Busy time? Express Pass?

We will be visiting US Thurs. April 29th. We have small children and are hoping to hit specific attractions (2 park 1 day pass). Is this a busy time (2 weeks after Easter) that we should consider buying the Express Pass? Thanks!

They sell EPs in the parks, you can decide on the spot if you need them. If you can manage to get there early so you are on hand for opening then you can knock off the major rides before they get crowded.

If Harry Potter isn't open by the time you go, the crowds should be manageable. I would recommend waiting until you arrive to see if you will need the Express Plus passes...don't buy them ahead of time.
