Encouragement and Good service from VMK Staff

Well, the staff of VMK replied to my previous complaint in a timely and pleasing manner. Here's what they wrote...

Hello,

Thank you for letting us know about the problems you were experiencing with VMK. We're sorry for the inconvenience, but we believe that we have fixed the problem now.

However, if you are still experiencing difficulties with this please reply and give us specific technical information such as:
- the exact nature of the problem
- how long it has been going on
- how you are accessing VMK (dial-up, DSL, cable)
- your browser information (MSIE, Firefox, etc)
- your computer platform (PC or Mac)
- your operating system (ie: Windows XP, Mac-OSX, etc)

If you are the parent writing in to report a problem your child is having, please include the name of their avatar (character) in VMK.

After I got this, and got back on, things did start to feel a bit smoother online. Of course, I'm sure this was also due to the fact that the kiddies were probably in bed for the night as well. But I think it's cool that they not only replied, but made an effort to fix things.
