Enchanting Extras unable to take additional calls at this time

I’ve been trying to call the phone line for Disney’s Enchanting Extras. Been getting the message that they are unable to take additional calls and please try again later.
Does anyone know: Is this phone number being answered at this time? If so, does anyone know the best time to call, ha! Thanks for any info.
