I'm wondering how the Fastpass works with Enchanted tales with Belle. Do you skip any of the rooms? Also if there's a group already in there, how long of a wait is it until they let the next group in?

We were let in as a large FP group within 5 minutes of getting in the FP queue. We entered directly into Maurice's workshop, and then the full show began.

Hmmm, so if we have never seen the show at all, should we use a FP for it? Are there things we will miss by using a FP? I currently have this scheduled as one of my FPs. Thanks for any feedback!

Like any FP, it saves time in line waiting. But it's up to your group's preferences, priorities, schedule, etc to know if its a good one for you or not.

I did not do the normal queue for this attraction, so I don't know if I missed anything. I don't feel as if I did, it was a great experience for us.

We used a FP for it last trip, but are not for the upcoming trip. It was cute to see once, but we will not visit it again unless the kids really want to see it. We also are ok with waiting in the line to see the workshop and gardens.

I'm curious if the fastpass impacts being chosen at all. I have been once on FP and was chosen. I think it'd be cute for my niece and nephew to be chosen, but would be giving up Peter Pan.

The FP+ line only bypasses the front cottage room which is cute with lots of Belle's growing up details (height marks on wall etc.) then enters the work room where the magic mirror is. People in the standby line then are led in until the room is properly filled. At that point everyone becomes one big group who walk into the room where the people who play story roles are selected. Everyone in that big group has the same chance of getting a role, using a FP+ neither helps you nor hurts you on getting selected.

It doesn't.

Agreed.

In fact, the CM doing the "choosing" doesn't even know who had a FP and who didn't.

"Choosing"?

It seems that all other things being equal, people are chosen by how engaged they are during the process.

This. Very true. DW here, I was selected, guessing because had on anniversary tee & button. DD7 had just come from BBB & was selected as the Beast. Christmas Day! We were very ENGAGED & HAPPY!!!

At our session they asked "does everyone who wants a part have one?" and were willing to give out more than those who were "chosen"

Correct.
They have lots of "parts" for willing "actors" of all ages.

They try to get parts for all children and some adults. We used FP+ and didnt miss anything, in fact DD5 was Maurice and DS5 was the beast. It might've helped that he had just done BBB and was in the Beast's cape. This was a very magical experience for us and my son dancing with Belle had me in tears of joy. Using FP+ was no lesser experience. Definitely worth it in my opinion as standby was 30min all day long.
