Does everyone that attends Enchanted Tales with Belle get to receive a bookmark and photo op with Belle, or just those that participate?

those that participate get the bookmark. I've seen other people go up to get their photo taken but I'm not sure if they get a bookmark (I don't think so but I haven't watched that carefully)

When we went in January (our first trip) the CM invited my extremely shy niece up to get the picture with Belle and she also got the bookmark. I didn't expect this because she was too shy to participate and we were not sitting near the front. It made her day. :)

We were there March 5 and both my DGDs and DGS got their picture with Belle and the bookmark and none were chosen as participants.

They will not deny anyone a picture or bookmark whether your picked or not. Everyone gets to enjoy.

We've been in September twice, January, and February and my daughter only participated once and was offered the opportunity to take a photo all other times and was given a bookmark.

Yes, I was there a week and a half ago and every child got a photo op and bookmark. Those who participated got to go through photo line first though.

It sounds like they are doing much better about trying to get everyone a photo who wants one.

I wonder if A/E and 7DMT has reduced demand and finally allowed them to build a little more time into each session.

I was wondering, too. We went a few times in 2012 and 2013 and the ones who got pictures with Belle were those who participated. I was hoping it would eventually loosen up.

I went July 2014 and from what I remember, everyone got a photo with Belle who wanted one. A woman even brought her baby up to meet Belle and it was really cute.

It may depend on crowd levels. When we were there Christmas week, only the kids that participated got bookmarks. There were some siblings of participants that got photos, even though they did not participate.

I think that even if you have a child that doesn't participate, it doesn't hurt to inquire whether you can get either bookmark or photo. I'd expect that in most cases, CMs would be happy to oblige.

When we went Sept 2014 I had my hubby be a dish just so we could get this photo, they did not ask others in the room if they wanted a photo, I was a bit discouraged because I would have like to join the photo too, and would have like it if my DD was looking at camera.

We went to ETwB three times in mid-February. Anyone who wanted a part in the show got one, and anyone who wanted a picture got one. The CMs were proactive about asking shy children to come up for a picture, and handed bookmarks to those who declined. But plenty of adults joined the picture line, too.

Not part of your question but thought I would share. The photopass photographer gives everybody that gets there pic a special Belle photopass card. If you load the card into your photopass account everybody's photos show up in your account :) so if you are downloading with MM you need to delete every other cute kid in the place LOL! Took me a while to download but its a very efficient way to get everybody the photopass photos with Belle.

And we went at thanksgiving and all the children got a photo that wanted one. When we went at end of August the CM asked if we wanted the whole family in a photo too even though we didnt participate - I assumed it was crowds and waits that dictated it August wasnt nearly as busy.

At the end of the session, the CM asks if anyone else want photo op before waving farewells to Belle. My older is very shy, she doesn't always participate but she wouldn't miss out her photo with Belle or the bookmark. :cutie:

We've done ETWB on every trip since it was first doing public soft openings in October 2012 and each time we've done it they've allowed kids who didn't participate to get a picture and bookmark. You might find a CM who forgets to make the announcement, but if you send your kid up during picture time (just have them politely line up at the side, after the last participant), they're not going to turn them away.
