I am planning to FP+ this attraction. Once inside how long is this "show/attraction"? Will my daughter be able to meet Belle and take a pic even if she isn't chosen to participate?
I think it hovers around 15 minutes from the time the show starts until it finishes, give and take a couple minutes at the end depending on how many people are meeting Belle.
And yes, your daughter should be able to meet Belle and take a photo with her
I think it took us a little over 20 minutes. All the kids can participate if they want since they have a lot of props. And yes she can meet Belle and take a picture. Belle does NOT sign autographs though, just so you are aware.
On another note this is my possible schedule for Tuesday 10/20/15 (no EMH and MNSSHP is happening this day)
I plan to get there early and watch the opening show, then enter park
9:30-10:30
Peter Pan
Winnie Pooh
Dumbo
10:30-11:30----do you think I can do all this in an hr w/ no FP?
Barnstorm
Under the sea
Ariels Grotto
11:30-11:50
snack
12:00-1:00--If line for SM is to long I'll do another day. Do carousel then mine train then lunch?
Enchanted tales with Bell (FP 12-1)
small world
Mine Train (FP 1-2)
I think it looks good, but I think you'll get to start knocking off attractions before 9:30 if you're there for the welcome show, unless you realllly take your time getting to the back of the park. I would also do the ariel meet and ride, then barnstormer before Dumbo. Dumbo has a great play area instead of a regular queue, so I'd rather hit that one a little later in case lines have started to build.
when I ws there in september, they're were several kid swho didn't participate, and they did NOT let them do pictures with Belle - they said it was for participants only - so it may vary by Cast Member in charge.

We've done it around 6 times and have NEVER heard that! My son didn't participate the first time and he still got to get in line. Also, they have lots of forks, spoons, dishes so everyone can be something! I've also never seen them run out of props.
Also, I've seen the line for Peter Pan REALLY long, even right after rope drop. I would definitely do that first.
Ariel's grotto (taking the picture with her) typically has a wait of 25-45 minutes depending on when you are there. Just be prepared for that. If you have a snack while you are in line for the picture, that might work better and save time.
