Hi everyone! This may be a stupid question, but I'm packing our carry-on bags right now (we leave early Tuesday morning! :cool1:), and I'm wondering if it's okay to pack our Polar water bottles and misting spray fans we purchased to use in WDW in those bags? I know there's the 3oz rule for liquids in carry-on bags, so I just wanted to make sure it's okay to bring them if they're empty? If it's going to cause any problems at the airport, I'll try to toss them in the checked luggage.

Thanks!!! :goodvibes

Empty water bottles are fine, in fact, lots of folks bring empty water bottles through security, then fill them AFTER security so they can take them onto the plane. Saves them from buying bottled water at the airport.

I take my empty water bottle and my empty mister fan and put them in their own bin going thru security. Sometimes I forget, and they have gone thru both times without incident. I use crystal light powder to add to my water after I fill up past security.
