I booked EMM for May 16th. I am really excited! I've read all of the reviews and I think my family will really enjoy this experience.

We will get there early, ride SDMT over & over with my older kids while switching off taking the little guy on Peter Pan & Pooh (and the carousel if it's open). We will plan to eat at 9:45ish to make the most of short lines.

So my question is - what rides did you ride/attractions did you visit from 9 to 9:45? Were you able to fit a lot in during that time?

You could run over to space mtn or Buzz or enchanted tales with Belle. Anything that tends to have a longer line later in the day.

Yes that is the plan - to ride things that have longer lines later in the day. My question is more asking how much people who have done EMM were able to accomplish during that time.

We didn't do EMM, but last April we had a PPO BOG and did the mine train once. After that, we did Rapunzel/Cinderella (Anna/Elsa the next day), Pooh, TeaCups, Barnstormer, and I think Little Mermaid before 10am. We did this on 2 of our MK days, which were a Saturday and a Monday during Passover so the parks were busy. I would think you would have no trouble doing most of Fantasyland by 10ish.

We entered the 7DMT FP line for the last time at exactly 9:00. After that, my DD wanted to ride Pooh again, so we did that via the SB line. We went to the Barnstormer next, and then went to Big Top to get embroidered Mickey ear hats for young family members at home before heading to breakfast at about 9:40-9:45. Probably not the "best" use of that time, but it was what worked for us and our plans for that day. I would guess we could have done 2-3 more rides in the time we spent at Big Top.

We went to BTMRR and we're able to do that twice, once was walk on and 2nd time 7 minute wait, then hended back to Pinocchio'S for breakfast. Which was awesome, btw! Much much better than EMM at HS, food was dramatically better and much better service!
Because we went on a MVMCP day, we had no lines or waits more than 10 minutes tge rest of the day with judicious use of FP!
It was so worth it!

Watch trying to get in Belle that early. It takes a while to accumulate enough guests to do a show. Could waste a lot of time waiting. Probably best to wait to do that one later.
We always pick to get in the characters in Princess Fairytale Hall. Maybe they don't always have the longest lines but they suit the location and what we like. We use FP for the rest of our rides so don't need to rush over to Tomorrow Land

We did EMM at MK last April and did the EMM at HS in November. And we had an absolute blast. While I totally understand your strategy, we really loved heading on over to breakfast around 9:10 or so and just sitting and eating and resting and recapping the busy morning. At MK we were able to get seats by the window overlooking small world and it was the perfect end to the perfect morning.

Now that being said if I wanted to go do a ride and come back to breakfast I would 100% do space mountain and come back. The kids in our party in May either aren't tall enough, or aren't interested in SM

I thought food and service was fantastic at both HS and MK events we went to. Sorry you had a different experience.

These parties are some of our favorite experiences. Hope they stick around for a long time!
