EMM during low season

Do you wise Dis-ers think that EMM will be offered during low crowd periods? We are going Feb 9-14 2017 and I'm debating re-organizing our days in case it's offered and we want to go.
Corollary question: since we are going during low crowds, would we likely be able to ride the featured rides multiple times even without attending the event?

We don't even know if they are going to continue in October, so guessing for Feb would be just that. Hold on for a couple weeks and see what they do with it after September. That should give us more of a clue to what the future holds for EMM.

As to the featured rides. AT MK, SDMT will still be very busy, and you won't be able to get multiple rides on that one, but you should be able to ride it at least once. Peter Pan can also be difficult to do multiple times without waiting a long time.

I think the HS attractions will be easier to ride multiple times.

I just noticed that the HS EMM is still showing through December, but only for Saturdays. MK EMM isn't showing past September. Another poster said they've tried to book the HS EMM for late October, and it's showing sold-out. I find that highly unlikely. I think Disney just hasn't decided what they want to do with this yet.

Thanks! I'll put off thinking about it for now, although it really would be so much more convenient to be able to coordinate dining with activities. I wish Disney would get on the same page for that.
