I've been impatiently waiting for EMM November dates. I've come to the conclusion it won't be offered. Hope I'm wrong. I checked a few dates in September & October and it looks like there is still availability on most dates. That surprised me as it really made our trip last year. Anyone else think it's discontinued due to it not selling out?

I thought this last night when I also went back and saw availability almost every day sept/ oct.
it was a highlight of our trip last year too. Since we are early risers, this was a fun option . I still am hopeful, though,....

last year dec dates were posted sept. 1. So I've been a bit bummed today about it. Still will be checking though :)

Hope they keep it around. We've done it a few times and really like it. I don't think it's marketed that well, and I think it's kinda' odd to include it with dining reservations on the website. Maybe AT LEAST put it there AND under "special events and tours". While there is a breakfast, I doubt that's the main draw for people.

I think it's still possible that they post Nov/Dec dates... Disney appears to be all over the place with when they open some things.

It would follow the trend of taking a worthwhile value-add option that's poorly promoted and impossible to find except for those who know where to find it (but who happen to love it) and discontinuing it because it's not popular enough with all those guests who didn't even know about it (see also - Express Transport bus service).

That said - it may still be a bit early to say it's discontinued (even if they announced it for those months this time last year). I'd suppose it depends on a number of factors - and there's been no announcement that EMM is over (although again - see Express Transport). I'm personally not interested in EMM (so I can understand why other guests wouldn't be) - but the guests who use it all seem to really like it and it seems like a win-win for both guests and the park. I may not have a horse in this particular race, but I'm all for those extras that make visits more enjoyable.

It was sold out on the day I went in mid-August. I had to stalk the website pretty heavily for weeks before I was able to get a booking for one.

I, for one, am hoping November dates have yet to be added. We haven't been able to experience this yet. It's never offered when we're at WDW, even at the end of July. Of course the one week we were there was the only week it wasn't offered! So I am really hopeful for November. It's alarming that it's September 1, though, and there are no November dates.

I agree that it's not marketed well. Every time I look for it, I go to Special Events and Tours, and of course it isn't there. Putting it with dining seems a bit strange. The food is a nice bonus, but I'm sure it's not the primary reason people choose to do it. At least it's not why my family wants to do it!

Actually, it's more often sold out than not. But not always far in advance. Check the day before and they are usually sold out or have very few spots left.

Thats what we saw. It was open before we left but I didn't want to commit to tickets ahead of time. Then when we got there I looked just to see and they were all sold out. I could see it being the kind of thing that people wait on before laying out the cash

I was told by a cast member that they are only updating this quarterly ... which would mean this is not going to be extended until September 30 or October 1. I don't know if I believe this of course because cast members are often wrong but the last update was June 30 which was also the end of a quarter ... but that wouldn't make much sense because October is already released and October November December make up a quarter ....

So I guess what I'm saying is who the hell knows ;).

I really wish I had not made the mistake of promising my kids we could do this in November ... they'll survive of course but I was really looking forward to this ! Maybe next week ...

While there is a breakfast, I doubt that's the main draw for people.

It's possible that we are an outlier, but the fact that it includes a breakfast is why we think it's such a good deal. I say possible because many that we've spoken to, that have also done it, thought that it was the breakfast that made it worth doing. I do agree with your point that it probably shouldn't be offered under dining though.

As for whether or not it will be offered in Nov, unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a set schedule for this (or other offerings lately)... they offer it at times and then don't for a while. I wish it were something that people could count on, it's really a unique experience. And since I'm wishing, it would be nice if they brought back the one that they used to offer at HS, we actually enjoyed that one more.

Good luck to those looking for it!

EMM was a highlight of our trip in August and we would happily do it again in November. It was worth every penny for us.
