I've booked an EMM morning for our upcoming trip (which I am SO excited about) but was wondering about the cancellation and refund policy. I was thinking I might want to know in case of heavy rain chances, sick kid, etc.
The phone CM told me it was the same as any dining reservation - must cancel by the night before to avoid cancellation fees and get a refund. But that lenient of a policy was NOT what I was expecting, and I know the phone CMs can be notoriously wrong. But at the same time, Disney does seem to be handling this as a dining reservation in every other way when booking. Basically, I can't decide if her answer was legit or not.
Anyone here know the policy? I looked all over the website and googled but couldn't find anything.
