Ok since we have been to Disney when they did the EMH for the am but not the pm, how do you know if the emh for the park is am or pm? Also, staying on property, do you have to pay extra for the EMH for the pm? One last question.... What are the chances that they will do the emh for pm in October?

When Disney posts the hours for October, they will also post which days are morning and evening EMH and in which parks. There is no charge for morning or evening EMH, and they are available to everyone staying in a Disney resort. If you are not staying on-site, you cannot take advantage of either morning or evening EMH. It's highly likely that there will be evening EMH in October, as morning AND evening EMH are now a part of the normal WDW schedule.
