Are ALL attractions open during EMH or is it only certain ones and if only certain ones does anyone know which ones are usually open?

It's only parts of Fantasyland and Discoveryland that are open. And also inside the Castle. It's a nice quiet time to explore in there.

Fantasyland - Carousel, Peter Pan, Dumbos, Teacups
Discoveryland - Orbitrion, Space Mountain, Buzz

If any of these are scheduled to be closed for refurb, then they'll open an alternative. I've see Star Tours open when Buzz was closed on one of our trips.

Oh that's a little disppoointing - I was hoping to get on some of the big ride before the park officially opens.

Does that mean underneath the castle too? (ie the dragon's lair)
Are the shops on Main Street open?

Can you wander round the other lands or are they off limits until 10am?

What about Studios -- does that have EMH?

Frontierland is off limits (they open the doors at 10) I think, other then that I think all the other lands are open to wonder around in, not sure about under the castle itself but I don't see why it would be closed.... (unless the shop is, possibly?)...

Space mountain is the only thrill ride that's open really, I'd much rather they did Thunder mountain to be honest, at least that way you'd get the most popular ride before the public came in.

Adventureland is closed too, I tried to wander over there to check out when the Pueblo Trading Post would open the first weekend in May.

Yes the shops in main street are normally open. When one of the normal fantasyland rides is closed for refurb they open IASW instead. :goodvibes

So no Adventure land, no Frontierland til 10am

Main Street shops? Open or closed?
And the dragon's lair? Open or closed do we think?

Main Street shops are open during EMH. I don't know about the Dragon, sorry.

You can certainly go upstairs in the castle and in the shops so I see no reason why the dragon wouldn't be open. :goodvibes

Remember also that EMH gets busier as you get closer to 10am and depending how busy it is when you are there you can find waits of 20 minutes+ towards the end of EMH.

yes, by far the quietest hour of EMH is from 8am until 9am - after 9am you will find some queues for the open rides.

 excellent as I plan of chilling out at Salon Mickey's at 9am after visiting Cinderella's Castle, taking a flight with Peter Pan and going to infinity and beyond with Buzz! :cool1:

Not all Main Street shops are open. We saw a couple of signs "this store opens at 10 AM." I know I saw it for Lily's, and boyfriend even swears Harrington's was closed one day I was lagging behind at the hotel character meets.
