EMH question about wristbands

I read that you have to get a wristband starting 2 hours before the normal time the park closes to participate with the extended hours. The park that has the EMH, is that the only place you can get the wrist band? Is there a specific place in each park?

We have kids and will be in a different park the day MK is open til 3 am. We were hoping to get the kids in bed, my mom is coming with us, and then venture back out to MK. Can you get a wrist band in any park or just the one that's having the EMH?

Just the one having the EMH, but you don't have to get it two hours before park closing. There were several stations for wristbands the night I was there until 3am, and people were constantly in line to get wristbands as they entered the park. Earlier is better, though, if you don't want to wait in a line!!!
