I had pencilled in a day at Epcot for Wednesday 31st October and now that October times are out, it says that this is an evening EMH day at Epcot. I had planned to visit in the morning/afternoon.

I would value some advice. Should we avoid EMH parks?

It is so difficult to plan when you have never been before.

For AM EMH as long as you are there at the start can be great.

PM EMH does tend to draw more crowds however again if you are there at opening no problem.

Of all the parks Epcot PM EMH is our favourite we love walking WS late at night it's so peaceful :goodvibes

Main thing we found for Epcot was to avoid Fri/sat/sunday if you can due to locals being there for food and wine.

31st is a Wednesday so should be fine.

Great - thanks. I think I will stick to the original plan. Can't wait for November park hours to be out so I can sort everything out!:cool1:

Chances are the EMH will change again between now and October at least once

Would an evening EMH have any impact for a morning / afternoon visit? when we have used an evening EMH (not very often tbh) we have always gone to a Park late afternoon / early evening, knowing that we will be able to stay there for longer.

Love making use of the Morning EMH's though :goodvibes

I think I'm going to subscribe to Touring Plans and go by their busy day guide. I want to avoid crowds if at all possible. I will be able to do my ADR's in 30ish days so I need to know the park hours!:scared:

very interesting - presumably they are trying to alleviate the strain caused by a MNSSHP on halloween night closing the MK by pushing everyone towards EPCOT and the F&w - works for me ;)

That's how we've planned our days. The two best days for MK whilst we visit are both EMH days, so we're just going to go for it. You also get access to their app, which I've downloaded to my smartphone and will be able to access view the free wifi in the hotel.

Just subscribed - looks pretty good.
