EMH...nighttime

Sorry if I've missed this answer somewhere, but I've been reading all of the chatter about the May EMH for afterhours. Does this mean that during this time, there is no morning EMH, and that if they continue this there will no longer be a free morning EMH??? We are going in June and I"m starting to get a little worried....We are staying onsite and one of the lures was the am EMH...I'd be rather dissappointed if they changed this on me last minute...doesn't seem fair. Thanks for any help you can give!

Hi there,
From what I understand, EMH will not be affected. These changes are in addition to EMH--however, more info will be available early this week. I wouldn't worry too much about it at this time. You may want to read this post, it has lots of speculation:

It is a test, and I would think they would need to look at the data from this test week for awhile before they decide to do it. It would be fun, but I am not going to put any eggs in that basket just yet, I don't want to set myself up for a disappointment.

Actually, from the looks of the wording in the link that CanadaPT provided, morning EMH will be affected:

Offerings by Day of Week (May 9-22)

• Sunday - Epcot (evening)
• Monday - Disney's Animal Kingdom (morning)
• Tuesday - Disney-MGM Studios (evening)
• Wednesday - Epcot (morning); Magic Kingdom (evening)
• Thursday - Disney's Animal Kingdom (evening)
• Friday - Magic Kingdom (morning)
• Saturday - Disney-MGM Studios (morning)

I take that to mean that on most nights where there is going to be EMH, there will be no morning EMH. The only exception would be on Wednesdays, when there is morning EMH at EPCOT and night time EMH at MK.

When I called to change my PS's the CM did say some of the morning EE have been altered. I don't think she could say cancelled!

I thought someone else said that Tuesday evening is AK and there are no MGM evenings. Although I'd much rather see AK in the evening, which is it on Tuesday? Has anyone recently double-checked Tuesday?

When I made dinner reservations today the CM read her memo to me and it was just as Deb Willis has it written, which as mad4thmouse said, is just what you'd expect from her site.

I have to say this has put my "planning" mind in a tither!!! But we'll just have to be patient and see what happens with it all. I too planned my July vacation on EMH mornings, BUT I guess then I'd have the challenge of adjusting!!!

Nothing lost if you suddenly discover a park is open longer than you expected.

You just discovered your planned stay at WDW is too short. All the more reason to think about yet another trip next year to do the things you couldn't fit in this year. (Don't consume time planning next year's trip now, wait until you get back from enjoying this year's trip.)

Actually the extra magic hour in the morning should be more of a surprise, with the days for each park scrambled from week to week. This will make it more difficult for non-Disney-resort guests to sneak in.

My stays are ALWAYS too short!!!

I was just so happy when DH said we could go again in December. That one will be "funner" to plan with just us two again. This time it's my brother and family for their first time and you know you just want everything to be wonderful for them!!! BUT I DID get my ressie for Cindy's this AM, so that's a start!!!
