EMH morning fast passes?

i've heard conflicting reports. are fastpasses available during morning EMH? or do they not fire up the fastpass machines until "official" opening time. since we are hitting all morning EMH parks on our trip, it will make a difference in how we follow our touring plan, so thank you in advance for this much needed info!!

Whether any given attraction will have FP during EMH totally depends on the ride managers for that EMH.

Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.

Splash Mtn., Peter Pan, Soarin', Test Track, Tot, RnR, EE, and K. Safari generally DO have FP distrib. open in AM EMH's and the return times can go well into the "regular" hours.

During PM EMH, IF the FP machines are operating, they "start again" at the beginning of the EMH.
