EMH...Just go in the am and then leave? HELP!

I've been lurking here for a month or so and I have learned SO MUCH, I love it..thank you!!

I'm finally making my planning our our days at WDW. I have been looking at touringplans about the parks to go to on certain days and the parks to avoid. Most of the days that are EMH are days to avoid.

SOOO my question is, do we just go in the am and leave the park for another?

Our time to play in WDW is July 7th-13th.

That is the way we have always handled EMH when it was only in the morning. By noon we have ridden everything we wished to and return to the resort to swim. We might eat lunch before leaving the park. Now with an EMH in the evening, I am not sure how we will handle it. Because we are early birds I don't think we will have the energy for the evening EMH.
