EMH, how often do they change?

Is seemed like forever MK early day was Thur, Epcot was Tue and I don't remember the other parks. A few weeks ago MK early day was Mon. Looking in May, the early day is Friday. How is one suppose to plan?

Most everything is difficult to plan for with Disney, many things change often.

They post the hours and EMH about 6.5 months in advance.
