EMH during Thanksgiving week

MK is having EMH from 12am - 2am on November 22nd. Anyone have experience with going that late? How bad are the waits at that time? Do I need to try to get fast passes? I know that Thanksgiving week is typically very busy but was wondering about the later hours.

A rule of WDW:
The later it gets (past 11PM) the lower the crowds.

MK is considered to be the best park for PM EMH, as there are so many attractions open.

There are no FPs during EMH.

Thanks for the reply and for the welcome! Have never done the night EMHs so wasn’t sure how they worked. I am not typically a night owl but as busy as it will be that week, figured I needed to try to make this EMH.

We were there 2 years ago right before Christmas 19-23, so crowds would be comparable. From midnight on we pretty much walked on to rides. 7 dwarves didn't go way down until about 1:00 then it was maybe ten minutes, took longer to walk through all the empty line space. we rode it several times in a row. My favorite time in the MK is 12:00-2:00

We were last there Thanksgiving week 2015 and did the Wednesday night EMH from 12 - 2. It was a highlight of our trip to be in the MK that late and our kids requested we do it again this year. Crowds do start to diminish as it gets later but I was surprised at how busy it still was especially as it got closer to 2 AM. I am guessing a lot of that was based on our ride choices. We were trying to ride BTMRR and Space Mtn. and some of the bigger rides multiple times and we were waiting 20 minutes or so still even at 1:30 AM. I think those who are willing to stay until 2 AM are adults and teens who really enjoy the bigger rides - I am guessing Fantasyland may have been mostly walk-ons at the same time.

We are hoping to take advantage of the EMH on 11/22, but we might be too tired. We plan on sleeping in on Thanksgiving Day anyway, so I hope we can soldier on!

We sleep in the day of the EMH and have a relaxing low key afternoon and then we let everyone sleep in as late as they want the next morning. My kids insist it is worth it - there is something magical in their eyes about being in the MK that late.

That is our plan too for Thanksgiving Day. My hubby and son are playing golf but not until 12:30, so we should still get plenty of rest.

Yes that Wednesday is a sleep in day, as well for us. We have an AK evening planned. I can't wait to ride Everest at night!
