EMH day of checkout

Does wdw honor the EMH access on days of checkout? For example checkout on Tuesday and MK has Tuesday night EMH. Can I go to mk EMH?
 
Yep. You're a disney resort guest from 12:01 AM on your check in day 'till 11:59 PM on check out day
