EMH at night question?

Do you have to be at the park by a certain time to get your wristband. Or do you just have to be inside the park by closing to get it.

I will be hopping to the EMH park at night, and I want to make sure I get there in time for the wristband.

You can show up at the gates after EMH starts and still get a wristband and enter. Therefore, you don't have to be at the park prior to closing.
