EMH at Hilton DTD

quick question - I know that the hilton in DTD qualifies for EMH but just wondering how this works...

When I have stayed on Disney property I just show my kttw card for EMH do you do the same with your hilton room key or do you get issued wristbands of some sort from the Hilton?

Just wondering because I don't really want to go back to the resort before EMH..just not too familiar with the process...
