EMH at EPCOT - what's open?

So - I see that EPCOT has evening EHM on 2/24. We plan on "doing" EPCOT on 2/23 as we have Segway tour reservations. BUT we have dinner reservations at Coral Reef for 6:00 on 2/24. We hoped to grab fastpasses for Test Track, Mission Space and Soarin' before doing the tour and hoping that they would be for after we got back from the tour (I know, doubtful, since we would be picking them up by 9:05).
Will these rides be open for EMH? That would make life easier.
