EMH at DCA in summer?

Hi DISers! I know I have read that pretty much everything is open during DCA's EMH & we will be staying at PPH so definitely taking advantage, but wondering if most rides are ready & running that early in the summer at 7am? Wondering specifically about RSR first thing as we want to try to utilize riding it at least twice that day as we will only have that one day at DCA for this trip in early August! Also how early should we line up at the gates? Do they let you in earlier than 7am? Any advice or tips you have about how to best utilize EMH when it's our one & only day at DCA to do as much as possible would me appreciated! Thanks a bunch!

RSR will be open during emh unless it’s down for technical delays.

Thanks! I had read it was open during EMH but wondered how often it is not up & running when the parks first open?
