For Eve magic hour, do they have wishes at closing then offer the rides for the EMH to resort guests?

Yes, the park holds its nightly scheduled Wishes and then a little while after that, when you go to get on a line for a ride, they will look for your wristband.

The last copule of days the MK was scheduled for 11pm closing.

The schedule was:

9pm Spectro, 10pm Wishes, 11pm Spectro. EMH was 11pm -2am
