EMH and Osborne Family Lights

Can anyone tell me if the Osborne Lights are open during MGM's EMH? I'm trying to coordinate our schedule and it would really help if they are open during EMH. Also this is our first time seeing them and wondered how long it took to view them? Thanks.

They were last year (yes, there was EMH during Osborne Lights last year-1/2), and so I think they will be this year too. I'm pretty sure someone who's MUCH more familiar with MGM than I am, said they're planning to keep them on during EMH.
