EMH AK skipping Pandora-what are waits like recently?

I am going for a quick trip Aug 18-21 for SWGE AP previews. (DS7 and I)
Debating heading to AK Monday Aug 19th for 8am EMH, but heading to EE, then Safari and Dino, skipping Pandora madness.
Has anyone done this recently, if so, what are the waits like?
With all the other hotels added to EMH, if it's not worth it, we'll chill until our SWGE preview 5-9 that evening.

Nonexistent. Last trip was in May. All of Asia was a ghost town at the start of EMH. We rode EE 4 or 5 times before the wait started to build. Dinosaur was down, but it happens. The safari is my favorite in the morning! Have fun!

Is the walk way between EE and Dinosaur land still blocked off during EMH?

Yes, it was when we were there.

I think it's a cost savings thing Plus, dinosaur doesn't get much action early in the morning, especially with Primeval Whirl down.

We are avoiding EMH days this next time around.
