EMH 8am for Jedi Or Hollywood & Vine - opinion

I know there is no for sure thing and since the Jedi process seems to change a lot, there's no way to know.

But do you think we'd have less of a line/craziness doing 8am EMH for Jedi sign up or 8am reservation at Hollywood & Vine on a non EMH day and 1 parent & child leaving mid breakfast?

I need to make my fastpasses tonight and I am flip flopping.

This is for a crowd level 10 weekend.

I believe if you have an ADR you can sign up for Jedi Training before you go in to eat. I may be wrong and if someone else has the correct info feel free to chime in!!
