Emeril's Tasting Menu

I'm trying to find out if Emeril's - city walk still has something liking a tasting menu or "gestation" (Sp?) meal where everyone at the table has to order this? I've looked at allears and didn't see it. I thought I remembered this from my 2003 visit! Trying to feed the family without them seeing the prices on the menu! LOL Thought this might be an easy way out!
...which brings me to my next question?
Do they offer menus without prices on them? My 80 yr. old DGF is going to croak if he sees the prices!!

Yes, Emerils do have a Menu de Degustation, and it's fabulous! We've had it twice, both times with the optional wine pairing, and I can highly recommend it!

Not sure whether menus without prices are available, hopefully someone else can help you on that one.
