I thought Emeril's drew the line at tank tops and flip flops. I'm sure a t-shirt and shorts would be OK. I've seen people eating at Emeril's in t-shirts and shorts, actually.

We have been at Emeril's in t's and shorts...no problem at all, as we were dressed the same as everyone else. There will always be people dressed up as well, as it is a great place to celebrate special occasions...or take clients for a great meal.
