Emeril Mini Pie Maker

Just purchased a Emeril Mini Pie Maker and need some budget friendly recipes to use with it or any helpful hints on using it.

I have the Wolfgang Puck version (only two pie wells, but deeper than Emeril's) and made several versions of Bisquick's recipes for mini impossible pies.

IIRC, I baked mine for 8-9 minutes, you may have to adjust for your pie maker.

Neat, looks like they're baked in a muffin tin - no need to pie a mini pie maker
