Thank you!!! And for the benefit of future travelers this number must be preceded by the "country out code" which is 00 in Hungary.

Well, it really wasn't at the time, but everything worked out in the end. However, at the time I wrote this I was in full on panic mode, and Disney did almost nothing to help. I'll put more in my trip report but suffice to say, trust your instincts and self-advocate. Thanks for asking!
