Review Emerald Island Resort

I haven't stayed at the resort but it does get good reviews. Keep in mind that the homes are individually owned therefore have different amenities and decor. It has a community pool, clubhouse, tennis etc, townhouses and pool homes.

I've stayed in this area many times and it is quiet, safe and an easy drive to restaurants and Disney. Disney's Animal Kingdom would be less than 10 from Em Is using Sherberth Rd. There are lots of restaurants within 5 minutes on 192.

There's a couple of EI owners that are DISers that may be able to help you but one of them is at her home in EI right now and may not be on here for a while.

We have stayed at Emerald Island twice and are planning a third trip this winter. It is very nice and easy to get to the parks. We found our houses on VRBO and were satisified with both of them. Comunity pool is great and very warm in winter. There is usually an extra daily charge for pool heat in the houses with pools but very worthwhile. If you want a relaxing vacation and plenty of room to spread out you may want to consider EI. Grammy
